Hey guys,

Just a quick little announcement for anybody interested, Game Designer Adventure has officially been cancelled. I have fully lost the code, absolutely no clue where it is, and I don’t feel like I have any reason to continue on with this game. If I find the code one day or feel like doing a remake, I will, the game is quite simple after all, but right now there is no reason to do so.

Right now the current version is 0.1.1, which is unfortunate since there are some bugs with the game still, but I don’t believe there are any bugs that effect gameplay, so the full game is there and ready. The download for the game (only available on Windows) is linked here, and you can download 0.1 as well on the game page. You are also able to play 0.1.1 in the web browser, however it is somewhat of an unpleasant experience.

However, I will say what my next game will be - a Phasmophobia clone :)

The game is being made completely as a joke, and the name is Phasmophobis Free. I’m leaning into it being a “ripoff”, however there will be elements that are definitely original that will come later. It will be released hopefully soon-ish, however there really isn’t a due date. Also, the first release will be more of a “test it and see what happens” kind of thing, so it won’t be complete but basic elements will be there. (By me saying that it “won’t be complete” does not mean it will be buggy, only that there won’t be any multiplayer yet (no idea how to implement it yet), only one map with three rooms, four objects used to find ghosts, only four ghost types rough looking UI (because I have no clue how to design UI), and any other features I want to add, but it WILL NOT be buggy, and I am trying to go for a polished experience. Think of it like beta testing, which it pretty much is.)
